Can Nokia Come Back?

Nokia shares have fallen 20 percent since September even as the broader market has rallied.  In October, Nokia reported a $1.3 billion write-down, first loss in more than a decade  in its equipment business and with fierce competition from  Apple, and now Google Android in the growing smartphone space. Even with its recently announce smartphone targeted for the US market, and the “Ovi” app platform, Nokia may be doing too little too late to “Recapture Its Glory Days”.
