Can Disruptive Innovation Be Learned?

I stumbled upon this  HBR webinar by Clay Christensen, Hal Gregersen, and Sarah Cliffe giving an overview of their book, “The Innovator’s DNA: Mastering the Five Skills of Disruptive Innovators.”

Research on identical twins shows that only about 1/3 of our creative abilities come from our DNA, the rest can be learned.  Master these five skills:  1) Associating, 2) Questioning, 3)Observing, 4)Networking,  and 5)Experimenting, to build more of your creativity muscle.
